Erik Kesting

President

Erik is a fifth-generation member of the Ritter family and joined our management team as President in 2023. He has served as a Director for E. Ritter & Company since 2018, including as Chair from 2020-2023. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University and a Master of Divinity from Harvard University. Previously, Erik held various roles at the global healthcare software company, Epic, from 2010-2019.

Rogia Williams

Vice President of Human Resources

Rogia joined ERC as Vice President of Human Resources for E. Ritter & Company in July 2022. Rogia grew up in a military family and lived in several states growing up and throughout his career including New Jersey, Florida, Mississippi, California, Minnesota, Arkansas, Ohio, Virginia, and Louisiana. He has over 20 years of comprehensive human resources and has worked for Target, Kellogg, ServiceMaster, and National Guard Products. He received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. Recently he was elected to the ULM alumni board of directors.

He lives in Olive Branch, Mississippi with his wife, Gwendolyn and their two boys – Ryland, age 8 and Grayson, age 6. He enjoys golf, going to the movies, and spending time with his family.

Seth King

Vice President-Controller

Seth joined E. Ritter & Company as Controller in July 2020 and was promoted to Vice President-Controller in January 2022. Seth came to Ritter from Cornerstone Systems, a Memphis-based logistics company. Prior to Cornerstone, Seth was the Senior Corporate Accounting Manager for TruckPro, one of the nation’s largest independent heavy-duty truck and trailer parts distributors. Seth earned his CPA certificate while working at Yusen Logistics (Americas), where he served in various accounting and finance roles.

Seth graduated from Union University in 2006 with a degree in business administration and a concentration in accounting. He grew up in Marion, AR and lives there with his 10-year-old son.

Maura Ashton

CORPORATE SECRETARY AND FACILITIES MANAGER

Maura joined E. Ritter & Company as Executive Assistant and Contract Administrator in June 2016 and was promoted to Corporate Secretary/Facilities Manager in May 2022. Maura came to Ritter from Brian D. Dover, Attorney, PLLC where she was a Paralegal and Office Manager. Maura also worked as an Operations Manager at Young Investment. Maura attended the University of South Florida and Arkansas State University. She has four children and three grandchildren.


Maura is from Port Elizabeth, NJ. She currently lives in Jonesboro, AR with her three rescue dogs. She enjoys going to musicals, theater, reading, concerts and kayaking.

Charles R. (Chip) Dickinson

Senior Adviser

Chip joined E. Ritter & Company as President in 2011, became the CEO and a Director in 2013, and transitioned to a Sr. Advisor role in 2023. From 1995 through 2011 he worked for Anderson-Tully Company and was President from 2001 through 2011. Chip received a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University in 1981 and worked for a national accounting firm from 1981 through 1995.
